She Grows: Middle School Summer Series

A Summer Workshop Series for Middle School Girls

Four afternoons. Real conversations. Tools she'll actually use.

Middle school is a lot. The social dynamics are intense, the emotions are big, and the pressure to have it all figured out starts way too early. She's navigating all of it — often without the right tools, and often without a space where she can just be honest about how hard it is.

She Grows is a four-session summer workshop series designed to give middle school girls exactly that kind of space. Each session is led by Rachael Ostrowski, LMFT, in a warm, cozy setting where girls from different schools come together to connect, reflect, and build real skills for navigating this season of life.

No homework. No pressure. Just a room full of girls who get it — and a therapist who knows how to help them grow.

Why Different Schools Matter

One of the most powerful things about She Grows? The girls in the room don't go to the same school.

When there's no fear of something getting back to the wrong person, something shifts. Girls open up in ways they simply can't at school — and that's often where the real breakthroughs happen. They get honest peer feedback from girls who aren't caught up in their daily drama. They build a support system that exists outside of their school walls. And they realize, maybe for the first time, that they are not alone in what they're carrying.

Session 1 — Know Yourself (Wednesday, June 24)

Session 3 — Real Connections (Wednesday, July 15)

What We'll Cover

Is This Right for Her? She Grows is a great fit if your daughter:

  • Carries big emotions but struggles to put them into words

  • Wants deeper, more authentic friendships

  • Feels stressed by social drama, group chats, or the pressure to fit in

  • Struggles to set boundaries — or even know what they are

  • Needs a break from the "performance" of school

  • Would benefit from a confidence boost heading into a new school year

She doesn't need to be in crisis to benefit. She just needs a space that's truly hers — and a community that meets her exactly where she is.
