Transition to high school is a six-week workshop designed for girls and non-binary youth to help them navigate this new stage of life.

Is your child entering 9th grade? The transition to high school is a huge step, filled with excitement, new opportunities, and sometimes, a little bit of anxiety. Our specialized 6-week group therapy program provides a safe and supportive space for girls, ages 14-15, to confidently navigate this exciting new chapter.

In this group, your daughter will connect with peers facing similar experiences, gain valuable insights, and develop essential skills to thrive in high school and beyond. We focus on building self-confidence, fostering positive self-image, and equipping girls with coping strategies for the unique challenges of adolescence.
